The problem
Working with Sports Direct, we have created numerous digital, interactive experiences to simplify the shopping experience, solve shopper pain points identified through research, and drive category volumes and value across key in-store departments. We were tasked with designing the most authentic, connected and commercial running destination as well as creating the world’s most comprehensive Sports Bra finder.
The solution
For the running department, digital interactive touchpoints are integrated to help customers to ‘buy right first time’. This includes an online to offline product finder to help customers choose according to their needs. The cross-platform bra finder, developed with a breast health expert, helps shoppers find the right product and size. Screens and QR codes connect the finder throughout the store and link directly to user devices.
The result
The result for each digital experience is an interactive, omni-channel experience built to enhance the shopping experience and, in the case of the bra finder, to empower women. We felt it was important that every customer journey was highly personalised, so whatever your body type, whatever support you need and whatever sport you do – from running and yoga to weight training – you will find the perfect product.
