The problem
As part of a larger rebranding project with FatFace, we we’re asked to collaborate with their existing web team to help redesign their eCommerce platform. Our primary objective was to provide strategic advice and creative direction that would improve conversion rates and drive more engagement with the brand as it looked to re-engage with a more fashion-focussed target audience.
The solution
We worked closely with the client to develop a digital strategy and roadmap, including both long term goals and quick wins to maximise growth. Based on insights gained form in-depth competitor analysis and UX benchmarking, we created designs for landing pages, listing pages and product detail pages.
The result
Season by season we were able to leverage our expertise to optimise Fatfaces online presence and user journey. Working closely with the in-house team we created an online store with the capability to tell compelling brand and product stories that resonated with their new target audiences. Ultimately, this drove increase sales and average basket size, while improving overall brand perception.
