The problem

The Mammut Sports Group generates 70% of its turnover abroad and wanted to expand further. We were asked to conceptualise, develop, and deliver a new global retail scheme and retail manual for the planned roll out. The brief for the retail environment was to create a space that reflects the Mammut DNA, be flexible and commercially driven, scalable and simple to reach across the globe.

The solution

We created a new global retail scheme with a fully flexible visual merchandising retail system and environment where the Mammut brand stories and product innovation come to life.

The result

The flexible design allows for a consistent brand and retail experience to be delivered across different store formats allowing each store to tell the Mammut story in its own way.

Following the design of the new global retail scheme and retail manual, we worked alongside Mammut’s retail team, local partners, and suppliers to launch the first global stores in Europe and Asia.
