The problem
To promote the launch of Gordon Ramsay’s new range, Union Street Café, we were asked to create engaging product videos, shot live in Gordon’s restaurant kitchen. The new range by Gordon Ramsay was inspired by the style of Gordon’s restaurant Union Street Café, with its more relaxed, artisan approach to food and dishes – more rustic and handmade.
The solution
We interviewed head chef Davide Degiovanni and filmed Gordon Ramsay talking about the range and his favourite pieces along with shorter videos of Gordon giving tips and advice on prepping food.
We also shot still life product shots styled with dishes from the restaurant and portrait shots of Gordon were taken in different locations across the restaurant to be used across packaging and POS.
The result
The film we created was authentic, engaging, and captured the look and feel of the restaurant from service to pass.
