Crafting Success in Hospitality Marketing

We supported The Gantry: an iconic, design-led Hilton Curio hotel located in Stratford, from concept right through to consumer launch. Part of this brief involved crafting a comprehensive marketing strategy to amplify the hotel’s unique offering, shaping a launch plan that elevates brand recognition amongst travel and leisure enthusiasts, driving reach and maximising conversion.

We built a communications framework to serve The Gantry’s unique service offering and diverse range of audience segments, which include international travellers, domestic short-term guests, and the leisure visitors who frequent the hotel's new bars and restaurants.

In addition to crafting a strategic platform and suite of assets, TOO initiated a partnership programme in collaboration with cultural and local organisations and media outlets. This served to strengthen The Gantry’s positioning and provide a platform to engage with their audience. This engagement was further amplified through various social and digital media channels, all underpinned by a performance marketing funnel designed to drive sales.
