The problem
We were approached by the founders of start-up estate agency, Curran Birds and Co to create and develop a brand identity for their newly formed company. Our challenge was to define their unique space in a busy market and ensure the identity stands out among national brands and established local competitors.
The solution
Following a series of collaborative workshops and strategic brand planning sessions, the identity aims to achieve a balanced representation of the experience of the owners and their modern, customer-centric approach. As an outcome of these workshops, we contributed to shaping the brand values; Progressive, Supportive and Dedicated, serving as the foundations of the visual style for the identity.
The result
The identity functions as a versatile typographic system, allowing various iterations while maintaining a cohesive and unmistakable brand presence. The brand marque gives a sense of positivity and reflects the modern outlook of the founders whilst being a welcomed sight for people to have on their doorstep. The identity is complemented by a curated colour palette inspired by the diverse hues and textures found in every home.
